I am vegetarian for the last 17 years, now I want to give up dairy products too. Could you please tell me what should I eat to give my body calcium?

Answer:

The following foods are excellent sources for calcium: tofu, soymilk, sesame seeds, (sesame nut butter a.k.a. tahini) along with other nuts, green leafy vegetables such as kale, collards etc., molasses, and sea vegetables.
