Answer:

I am a big collector of cookbooks, there are definitely more than 100 on my shelves. I have found many of my rarer veggie cookbooks in the most obscure places and tiny bookstores. For the best selection, try the major bookstore chains, such as Border's or Barnes & Noble, or your local library. A few of my favorite vegan authors/cookbooks are Joanne Stepaniak's "Vegan Vittles," Bryanna Clark Grogan's "The (Almost) No Fat Cookbook," and Ron Pickarski's "Friendly Foods." The Book Publishing Company, which can be found through the web, has a great catalog of vegan/ veggie cookbooks. I also recently completed my first electronic vegan cookbook, available through my site The Vegan Chef, if you are interested.
