Article continues below Her recipes are divided into chapters on breakfast foods, breads & muffins, sandwiches, sauces & spreads, salads & dressings, soups & stews, vegetables, grains & side dishes, main dishes and sweets. The nutritional information is provided at the end of each recipe. I discovered some fabulous meals such as Roasted Vegetables with Pasta and Hearty Chili Mac. Pumpkin Spice Muffins are equally delicious for breakfast or dessert. I love the simplistic way in which Fat-Free & Easy is formatted. The recipes are typed in a large, clear font and are very easy to follow. There are no photographs, but the recipes and ingredients speak for themselves. This book is full of delicious, nutritious recipes that all will enjoy. The benefits of eating a plant-based, low fat diet are clear. Ms. Raymond helps to make this lifestyle a delicious and satisfying one. |
