After all, an unchewed, unground seed will leave your body looking the same as it did going in, with its nutrients still intact. Chewing the seeds very well is another way to ensure that your body is reaping the benefits of its nutrients. But grinding and chewing well is the best solution. Just remember not to grind them too much, or you'll end up with tahini (sesame paste)! |
