since becoming vegan. I used to need about 8-9 hours of sleep. Now I find I go to sleep around 9:30-10:30 and I am awake by 4 at the latest. I can't fall back asleep as I feel awake-not enough to actually get my rear out of bed most of the time as it is warm and dark and I can watch my dvr recordings if bored! A few times I've gotten up to work out. I don't feel any more tired at bedtime than I used to and I fall asleep a great deal easier. I do have some things I worry about but most of the time don't wake up thinking about them so I don't think it's that. Has anyone else found this to be true for them? I went to an acupuncturist to see if I could work on getting more sleep but am starting to wonder if my body is rested and it's done sleeping? Thoughts? Thanks, Cathy
