I can't believe how much better I feel this week after finishing have of my challenge of the new vegan habit. By focusing more on myself, I am remembering to take time to relax and enjoy the moments of life, and I have a lot more energy. I am making sure to eat better and exercise, but also taking time to relax. This new vegan habit is great because tonight I prepared for the week ahead so I wouldn't be so busy and am just taking things one day at a time.
