Soy
I know that I have seen a few concerns about soy on these boards. I just wanted to mention that I just got April's edition of Vegetarian Times in the mail & it has a story addressing the health controversy regarding soy. The front cover has the headline: "The truth about soy: Yes, its SAFE!" I haven't read the whole story yet, but it seems pretty even handed & interesting.
