Hi Jergisen, I wasn't trying to pass judgement (although it is a topic I'm passionate about!). I was just responding to Avacado's request for a working link - although I see it isn't working now! Avacado, if you're still there, try googling "fat and energy content of breast milk " and you should (hopefully) be able to find the article.
