Shefu Tofu
i am so lovin' Soyarie's bbq Shefu Tofu. i put it in pasta for a kind of meatball-y taste and texture. it's also fantastic in wraps with sprouts, tomato, hummus and avocado or on their own as a side to summer salads. i personally do not like faux meats which makes this a great alternative for me! the kids love it too.
has anyone tried these or any of the other Shefu products?
