Hey there - how did I miss your thread?? Must have been one of those days I failed to report in
My challenge has been to exercise for ten minutes a day. I do stretches, yoga, walking, or whatever I feel like doing. It''s been fairly easy so I'm encouraged to work to keep the habit and then expand on it.
I also have a plan to go more fully raw in the spring. But that's another challenge.
