Geoff MacGlashan Squash
A side dish that could warm you up instantly. It has great flavor with little ingredients. Dont miss out.
- 1 buttercup squash
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
- 3 Tablespoons vegan margarine
- cinnamon (optional)
- Bake squash until tender, and remove from shell.
- Put squash and diced apple into a bowl; add margarine and cinnamon if desired. Mash.
- Put into a casserole and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve.
