Pineapple Banana Ice Cream
Vegan Pineapple Banana Ice Cream Quite possibly the easiest recipe ever! If you have already tried banana ice cream, and would like to switch it up add some pineapple!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 cups vanilla soy or rice milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (optional)
- in a Vitamix or a really high-powered blender, add all ingredients. Blend on highest speed for 1-2 minutes or until there are no more chunks of frozen fruit. Scoop into bowls and eat.
This comes out like soft serve and is so delicious. My kids think this is "real" ice cream and eat it up really fast.
You can freeze it, but it comes out a little icy when you try to eat it. It's definitely best fresh.
