Product ReviewsCarole's Soy Crunchwww.soycrunch.com Review by Rebecca Hess Carole Honig had the wonderful idea to
create a product that her kids would like to snack on, and would be good for
them at the same time. Carole's Soy Crunch was born when she began
experimenting with textured soy protein and evaporated cane juice crystal.
Her resulting products are ones that you can feel good about giving to your
kids (and you'll happily pop some in your mouth too)!
Article continues below Carole's Soycrunch comes in the following varieties: Cajun Soynuts, Cinnamon & Raisins, Original, Toffee Soy Bits and Coconut Chips. My husband and I really enjoyed trying the different flavors and liked them all, but I'm partial to the Cinnamon & Raisins. I've never had anything similar to a Soy Crunch; they are crunchy, naturally sweet and satisfying at the same time. These would be wonderful to cart along to the movies or on a long car ride. It's easy to forget that this is actually a healthy snack! I love to turn over a snack bag and only see a few ingredients and know what they all are! And knowing that all of Carole's Soycrunch ingredients are certified vegan by Vegan Action makes me even happier. Carole's Soy Crunch can be found on the East Coast at Zabar's and Whole Foods or ordered online at www.soycrunch.com. |
