Product ReviewsManitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oilwww.manitobaharvest.com Review by Rebecca Hess If you're a fan of the nutty flavor found in hemp seeds, you need to pick up a bottle of Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil. Lately I've been trying to add more Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) to my diet, and this is a perfect (and easy) way to do it. Hemp Seed Oil is a rich source of EFAs. In a one-Tbsp. serving you will get 2.5 grams of omega-3 fatty acids, 8.0 grams of omega-6 fatty acids, and 2.0 grams of omega-9 fatty acids. Hemp Seed Oil is a simple way to get your EFAs in the proper balance.
It is recommended that you consume one to two tablespoons daily. Many find it best to put it in smoothies, soups, or other blended concoctions. I like it best over salad as part of my dressing. I enjoy the flavor of raw hemp seeds, and the oil has the same nutty taste. I find it's a perfect complement to raw veggies. You can find Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil at your local health food store or at www.manitobaharvest.com. |
