Spectrum Olive Oil

I am a sucker for really good, high quality olive oil. Add to the list organic and first cold press, and I'm in culinary heaven. Thank goodness for Spectrum Naturals. They have produced an organic extra virgin olive oil that is fresh, smooth and perfect for so many uses.

At Spectrum, they have a "Passion for healthy oils." This olive oil must make them proud. As a treat, I enjoy indulging in a simple pasta dish with loads of garlic and olive oil. Spectrum's olive oil took this dish to new levels. The olive oil is hearty and so good on its own, that it needs little seasoning. I found that with just a dash of salt and pepper it was perfect. I highly recommend this oil--experiment with it in your salad dressings, sauces, or straight from the bottle with some good crusty bread.
