Tangy Green Beans
A quick green bean side dish to whip up in a couple of minutes when you're feeling springy. With the added tangy flavor its even more delicious!
- 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 Tablespoons sugar, or other sweetener
- 1/3 cup vegan margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb. green beans, cooked crisp-tender
- Heat first four ingredients slowly in saucepan or microwave. Pour over beans. Heat all thoroughly. Makes 6 servings.
