Tangy Green Beans

A quick green bean side dish to whip up in a couple of minutes when you're feeling springy. With the added tangy flavor its even more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar, or other sweetener
  • 1/3 cup vegan margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb. green beans, cooked crisp-tender

Instructions

  1. Heat first four ingredients slowly in saucepan or microwave. Pour over beans. Heat all thoroughly. Makes 6 servings.
