Bean Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup canola oil, depending on consistency desired
Directions:
Blend garbanzo beans in a food processor with garlic, salt, and canola oil.
Comments:
Stir in some lemon juice, tahini, sun dried tomatoes or chopped olives for variety.
