Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, pop out the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Chop. Add the lime juice. Mash together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined. Comments: For chunkier guacamole add one diced tomato, half a diced red onion, and another chopped avocado. Taste before serving. If the garlic taste is too strong, add some lime juice to neutralize.
