Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Like pumpkin pie? You'll love a pumpkin smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup non dairy milk of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Your favorite sweetener to taste
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender and puree until smooth and creamy.

Pour smoothies into two glasses and sprinkle with a bit of nutmeg and or cinnamon.

Serves two.
