Vegan MuffinsSpicy Pumpkin Muffins
Spicy muffins, made with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves, these are great for breakfast or brunch. Top with a dollop of cream and grating of chocolate and you have a wonderful but simple dessert.
Ingredients
Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin pans with oil. Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and then combine with dry. Do not overmix. Fill muffin tins two thirds full and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done. Makes one dozen. Submit a Recipe |
