Graham Cracker Cookies
These cookies are a perfect holiday treat. With some yummy chocolate and nuts on top, your family will fall in love with them.
- 1 cup sugar or other dry sweetener
- 2 sticks vegan margarine
- graham crackers
- vegan chocolate chips
- In medium saucepan, bring sugar and margarine to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil 3 minutes, being careful not to scorch. Do not stir.
- Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with graham crackers, broken apart to form individual fingers.
- Pour the mixture over graham crackers. Sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips over the sauce.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove from pan at once and cool on wax paper.
