Chang Chang Hijiki Salad
Light and refreshing hijiki salad - good with salad or brown rice or both.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of Hijiki
- 1/3 cup of shredded carrots
- ½ Tsp white sesame seeds
- ½ Tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tsp of Sesame oil
- 2 Tsp of Tahini
- ½ of a lemon
Instructions
- Soak Hijiki in bowl for 10 min.
- Turn on Wok to medium heat, add Sesame oil, then add hijiki and carrots and seeds.
- Stir Fry for 3 minutes then pour into bowl. Add Tahini and Lemon Juice.
