Chang Chang Hijiki Salad

Light and refreshing hijiki salad - good with salad or brown rice or both.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of Hijiki
  • 1/3 cup of shredded carrots
  • ½ Tsp white sesame seeds
  • ½ Tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp of Sesame oil
  • 2 Tsp of Tahini
  • ½ of a lemon

Instructions

  1. Soak Hijiki in bowl for 10 min.
  2. Turn on Wok to medium heat, add Sesame oil, then add hijiki and carrots and seeds.
  3. Stir Fry for 3 minutes then pour into bowl. Add Tahini and Lemon Juice.
