Grandma’s Chocolate Crazy Cake
Everyone loves grandmas cooking. Especially this delicious, moist chocolate cake. No need for frosting on this cake, it is that sweet and moist!
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients with fork in a 9" x 13" baking pan. Add wet ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Notes
Grandma uses a non-vegan frosting, but this cake is so moist that it's great with just a light dusting of sugar or without any frosting at all.
