Grandma’s Chocolate Crazy Cake

Everyone loves grandmas cooking. Especially this delicious, moist chocolate cake. No need for frosting on this cake, it is that sweet and moist!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients with fork in a 9" x 13" baking pan. Add wet ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Notes

Grandma uses a non-vegan frosting, but this cake is so moist that it's great with just a light dusting of sugar or without any frosting at all.
