Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Like pumpkin pie? If so, you'll love this smoothie. Top it with a dollop of frothed almond or soy milk and some chopped pecans and you have a quick dessert drink!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup non dairy milk of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Your favorite sweetener to taste
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothies into two glasses and sprinkle with a bit of nutmeg and or cinnamon.
  3. Serves two.
