Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Like pumpkin pie? If so, you'll love this smoothie. Top it with a dollop of frothed almond or soy milk and some chopped pecans and you have a quick dessert drink!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Your favorite sweetener to taste
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothies into two glasses and sprinkle with a bit of nutmeg and or cinnamon.
- Serves two.
