RW Garcia 3 Seed Gluten Free Crackers

RW Garcia 3 Seed Gluten Free Crackers

In my constant search for healthy products I feel good about adding to my and my family’s diet I came across some great crackers packed with great ingredients from RW Garcia. Hayley’s press release about their new product caught my eye because I like to think I’m a cracker connossieur. I love crackers and love to try new ones.  So, I took her up on her offer to send us some samples to try. Not only did I like them A LOT but so did everyone in the VegFamily kitchen. Now that’s a winning taste test!

RW Garcia’s new 3 Seed Crackers are gluten free – great for me and my tummy as I can only tolerate a very small amount of gluten in my diet. So that gave these crackers points right off the bat. Secondly, these crackers each had an ingredient I thoroughly enjoy eating – sweet potato, kale, and pumpkin and blue corn. They also contain flaxseed, sesame seeds and chia seeds make them rich in omega 3s and fiber –  winning combination in my cracker book! With no additivies and no preservatives and verified non-GMO PLUS great taste and crispness I have marked these 3 Seed crackers as one of my top three cracker favorites.

Now that I’ve had a chance to try RW Garcia’s crackers and take a look at what else they have to offer over at their website, I see that they also have another flavor I didn’t get in my box of samples – 3 Seed Beetroot. Loving beets as I do, that one went directly onto my shopping list. Please take note that some of their products contain milk so be sure to read your labels when yo go shopping.  But according to their ingredients lists, the 3 Seed crackers are vegan.

If you’re looking for a healthy, vegan, gluten-free, additive & preservative-free, and nonGMO snack cracker, I highly recommend their 3 Seed Crackers. Can’t wait to try the Beetroot!
