Protein Milkshake
Ingredients
- 7 medjool dates pitted
- 2 cups soy milk
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
- 2 tablespoons carob powder
- Few ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
- Chill for an hour and enjoy!
Notes
If you are allergic to peanuts or not a peanut fan substitute any nut butter.
