Chili Rellenos Dip
This fresh and spicy southwestern dip is a beautiful compliment to any dish but most definitely delicious with tortilla chips. Serve as a snack or an appetizer.
- 2 to 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 4-oz. can ripe olives, chopped
- 1 4.5-oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Drain excess liquid.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
