Oatmeal Nut Butter Cookies
For all you nut lovers, try these nutty cookies. Easy, quick, and vegan. Its perfect!
- 1/3 Cup Nut Butter (Peanut butter, cahew butter, whatever!)
- 1/3 Cup soy milk
- 2 Tbs Canola Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Cup Sucanat
- 1 Cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup no-dairy chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts (or other nuts)
- Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes or until done.
